Event Bans

Our events are built on principles of safety, respect, and community. To uphold these standards, certain behaviors, actions, or legal statuses may result in a temporary or permanent ban from The Kinky Cook | Kink & Mingle Events. Below is an outline of the types of behaviors and circumstances that could lead to a ban, as well as our procedures for enforcing them.

Reasons for a Ban

  • Violation of Consent: Any behavior that disregards the consent of another attendee, including unwanted advances, touching without permission, or boundary violations, will lead to immediate action and potential permanent banning.

  • Harassment or Aggression: Verbal or physical harassment, aggression, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes offensive language, intimidation, and discrimination.

  • Registered Sex Offenders and Criminal Convictions: To maintain a safe environment, individuals registered as sex offenders or with convictions (or accusations under investigation) for sexual, violent, or aggressive crimes are not permitted to attend our events. This policy reflects our commitment to prioritizing the safety and comfort of our community.

  • Endangering Community Safety: Any action that compromises the safety or comfort of the community, such as violating the event’s security protocols or engaging in unsafe practices, is grounds for a ban.

  • False Information on Registration: Providing false information during registration, especially concerning background verification or attendee status, may result in denied entry and/or future bans.

  • Illegal or Unauthorized Activity: Any illegal activity, such as illicit drug use or unauthorized recording, will lead to immediate removal and a ban from all future events.

Enforcement of Bans

  • Immediate Removal: In the event of a serious violation, attendees may be removed immediately from the event without refund.

  • Temporary vs. Permanent Bans: Depending on the severity of the violation, a ban may be temporary (applicable to specific events or dates) or permanent.

  • Appeal Process: If banned, individuals may submit a formal appeal through our event organizers. Appeals are reviewed at the discretion of event leadership, and all decisions are final.

Maintaining a Safe Space Our goal is to create a welcoming environment for all attendees. Banning policies are in place not as a deterrent, but as a means to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting a positive experience for all members of our community.
