To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive experience for all guests, we've outlined essential guidelines, safety protocols, and registration requirements here. Event Registration

To join in on all festivities & events, all guests must complete the registration form linked below. Please ensure all information is accurate, as our policies require attendee verification for the safety and comfort of our community. This documentation will be regularly checked for accuracy & designed to ensure that our space remains comfortable and safe for all guests, reinforcing the integrity of the community we cherish. We will remain committed to providing a welcoming environment where all can feel free to express themselves safely & openly.

    • Newcomers: Please complete all fields.

    • Tier 1 Vetted Guests: Enter the password provided or use our mascot’s name for access & complete all fields. We do acknowledge our guests that have previously attended our Kink & Mingle Munches, we are now also requiring additional screenings to ensure continuous safety of our spaces.

  • Guest Suite Stays: Overnight accommodations are available to enhance your experience.

  • Soft Background Checks: All attendees will undergo a soft background check as part of our commitment to creating a safe space.

  • Community Standards Verification: Vetted guests are additionally required to verify their status through our private password or by providing a referral. Your privacy is always respected.

  • Event Security: Our events are secured with staff to ensure everyone enjoys a safe environment. Should you feel uncomfortable or need assistance during the event, please don’t hesitate to approach our team.

Code of Conduct

  • Consent & Respect: All attendees must adhere to our core values of consent, respect, and mutual consideration. Any violations will result in removal without refund.

  • Prohibited Behaviors: Harassment, aggression, or any behavior that compromises the comfort and safety of others will not be tolerated.

  • On-site Assistance: If at any point you need to report concerns or seek support, our event hosts and security team are here to help.

Safety Policies

  • Non-Sex Offender Confirmation: To maintain a secure environment, all guests must confirm they are not registered on any national or state sex offender registry.

  • Health & Safety: Guests are encouraged to inform us of any relevant health concerns or accessibility needs to ensure their comfort throughout the event.

Waivers and Consents

  • Liability Waiver: As part of the registration process, all attendees are required to sign a liability waiver.

  • Photography/Video Consent: Photography or filming is limited to consent-only areas. Please respect the privacy of others and obtain permission before taking photos or recording. At our events we utilize white wristbands to visually indicate those that do not opt for photo or video inclusions.

Event Bans: Ensuring a Safe & Respectful Environment

At our Kink & Mingle Events, we prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests. Our bans policy is in place to uphold community standards and ensure a secure space for everyone. Certain behaviors, actions, or legal circumstances may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from our events.
